Farm equipment: Fimco 50 gallon tractor mount sprayer w/PTO: $125. Good shape. Hay Trailer-8'x14', fair shape, 4 tire unit, recent bed replacement. $250. Kubota Lawn Tractor, 42" deck, good shape, recently serviced at Williams Tractor, fresh blades. $600 firm. Murray Lawn ride on lawn mover--was in a shed fire, plastic part were scorched. Missing seat, but otherwise good unit for parts, 10HP engine, as is: $65-don't know if it runs or not, otherwise, electric start.
1977 Dodge Power Wagon, belonged to my late father-in-law. This truck is drivable and runs, but is not road worthy. Many excellent drive train parts however. My father in law was elderly and hit every fence post on the property, so the body is in poor condition. This is a 4 x 4,solid transfer case, 360V8 and 4 speed with granny low. $1,000. Again, drivable and was tagged until his death earlier this year. .22 caliber Stud Shooter, $40. 6' fence post auger, includes PTO hook up but I don't know if it works or not. $50. Other items in this sale include: Tascam 34-B 4-track reel to reel on rolling rack mount. Ch 4 has been problematic and may not work. Handles 10' reels 7.5 & 15 IPS. $100. Tascam 22-2 track reel to reel, professional equipment $75. Tascam MD-301 MKII mini disk deck, professional unit, works extremely well and professionally maintained. $175. Alvarez 6 string guitar, electric hollow body. Slight nick in the head, but very nice. $90.
Martin DM-12 12 String Guitar. Excellent condition, new strings, extremely well care for includes Martin hard shell case. $550 firm.

Saturday morning 10/7/09 we will be having a garage sale. This is a multi family garage sale. Anything from clothes, house hold items, electronics, etc. Will start at 8 am and go until we decide to stop. My house is located at 3549 W Grouse Rd. It is off the Porter Rd. exit 65 in Fayetteville. The neighborhood is right across from Holcomb Elementary and Gary Hampton Softball Complex. Neigborhood is know as Salem Meadows.
