a) Even in "advanced" socialism like Australia you can't get free emergency care without a health card. Here, millions of
aliens, poor, and tightwads get free care in emergency rooms; Its the law. It was done on purpose... Like shoplifting in
stores, it drives up prices for all. Obama Care won't ask if people are citizens, let alone require it. It buys votes - at
your expense. If you think that's bad, his Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act allows 103 million to come here in

b) Medical Malpractice suits with outrageous rewards and huge rates for malpractice insurance cost us $200 billion /yr
in health-care costs. Serious tort reform could help 300 mill. Americans. A Democrat-controlled congress resisted reforms.
