That is what everything was for the month of October. The bills will fluctuate. I have been her for over a year and I have never paid more then 400 each for rent and bills. The apartment is close to everything. It is less then a mile from the mall, wal-mart, area restaurants, and entertainment, lake of fayetteville, bike trails, walking trails, etc. The bus route is at the top of the apartment complex driveway. The apartment went fast last time I had an ad on craigslist so do not hesitate. The first person to give me the deposit of 200.00 can have the apartment with me available December 1, 2009.
