We are a young college couple living in a 2 bedroom very large apartment. The extra room is hardly used, mainly for storage and we are looking to rent the room out. 275 is a steal in this complex. The apartments have elevators so moving is not an issue and I can help if need be. The apartment is furnished with everything except for the spare room. We have a dog and animals are welcome in the apartment complex with a pet deposit. We would expect that you take proper care of the animal and clean up after yourself as a civilized roomate.The complex has 24 hour fitness center, movie theatre, pool table, wifi cafe, and a pool.
