I need a roommate! I am 19 years old, and I live in a very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment complex in Fayetteville. I am looking for a female, between the ages of 18 and 22. No kids please and I would be okay with pets, but you would be responsible for paying the pet deposite ($300 I believe). You would need to pay $230 a month for rent, then split the water, electric, and gas with me. I spend a lot of time at my boyfriends house and feel like I'm neglecting my apartment. You would have a lot of alone time. Washer and dryer are in the apartment, along with dishwasher, microwave, stove, and oven. All the appliances are enery effecint.
