I have a room available in a downtown house. It is very central to everything in Fayetteville. The times posted below are for walking:
-10 min to Old Main
-1 block to Dickson
-6 min to Farmers' Market
-5 min to Marvin's IGA
-6 min to Wilson Park
The room has it's own lockable entrance. All utilities, including wireless internet, are included.
The house has a nice porch, a washer and dryer, kitchen appliances, gas stove, and is mostly furnished (the room is not furnished).
The rent is $500 per month, with a $200 deposit. The price is negotiable, but not by much and only if you give me a good reason. The lease is month-to-month.
The house has a living room, office, a group workspace, a utility room, and a second bedroom (mine).
I'm looking for someone who knows how to work AND relax. The front room is set up for group projects, and you can use it for studying/working.
I am a 24-year-old entrepreneur. I work mostly from home on sustainability, web design, and local politics. Would prefer grad student or professional.
