Rent is 310 each it's 2 bedroom 2 bathroom utilities are water and electric. They never run more than 20 dollars each for each person. The apartment includes vaulted ceilings, brand new whirlpool appliances, spanish tiled floors and berber carpet. located off the corner of north and leverett very close to the UofA. Im 20/m im a cosmetology student so im in class tuesday through saturday and i work a lot so you would have the apt to yourself most of the time.
