ARMI Contractors, a nationwide leader in specialty process and utility piping work, is looking for an experienced Controller to join their team located in the Fayetteville, AR area.

Relocation assistance may be available for a well-qualified candidate.

Minimum requirements:

• Strong leadership experience, being able to work with operations team.
• Experience with continuous improvement between accounting and operations.
• Proven experience as accounting manager, controller, or director of accounting.

Preferred qualifications, but not necessarily required for the role:

• Construction industry experience.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounting: billing, financial statements, general ledger, project accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and revenue recognition
• Collaborate with Management team on processes and procedures to reduce costs, increase revenue, and maximize profitability
• Oversee monthly accounting close process, including analysis of job cost and percentage of completion
• Maintain and enhance the system of internal controls
• Oversees accounting inventory values and procedures
• Responsible for cash flow reporting
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Lead the ARMI Accounting Team; Evaluate the performance of personnel
• Recommend continuous improvement ideas for accounting processes
