The suite is the totally separate and private bottom level of a three-story family home. There is no access to the main house from the bottom level; the space is accessible via keypad lock through the private screened-in patio. My family of four lives in the upper levels.
Situated in a serene, wooded setting, this suite offers privacy while being conveniently close to I49 and downtown Bentonville.
The master bedroom and living room boast pleasant forest views.
The bar / kitchen area is small but perfect. There is a full-size refrigerator/freezer, sink with disposal, and a combo microwave/convection oven/air fryer. The kitchen is also equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave/convection oven/air fryer, and a blender, but the unit does not have a washer/dryer.
A screened-in patio overlooking the forest creates an inviting space for outdoor dining as well as a private, unscreened sun deck.
There is a second unfurnished room that could be used as a bedroom, office, or workshop/storage area as it doesn't have a closet.
The bathroom has two sinks, a shower, and a bathtub and is accessible from the master bedroom and living room.
It is possible that we could have this space furnished, unfurnished or partially furnished for you. There is currently a couch, bed, dining room table with chairs, and a 65" flat screen that you are welcome to use. The television is a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, internet channels, etc., but no cable tv.
There is one parking space available in the driveway.
The price is $1700 and utilities are included in this price; high-speed wireless internet, water, electricity, etc. Move-in is available with a one-month deposit and first month’s rent.
For short-term rentals, the rent will be pro-rated for the amount of time you want to stay.
