Some history I found:
Levi's had a total USA factory closure in 2003.
In the early 2010's, Levi's brought some manufacturing back to the USA for premium labels such as Levi's Vintage Clothing (LVC). This lasted until 2019 when all USA manufacturing again ended.
From what I can tell, the 0115 following 501 on the back of the inside label is the date code. This supposedly translates to a January 2015 manufacture date.
