O’Gary Construction Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatch Coordinator to support our growing nationwide Maintenance Program for commercial facilities and TA Truck Stop locations.
This position plays a critical role in coordinating service requests, dispatching vendors, managing work orders in Limble CMMS, and ensuring maintenance issues are handled quickly, professionally, and efficiently.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well under pressure, and can manage multiple moving parts while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
• Receive and manage incoming maintenance service requests
• Create and track work orders within Limble CMMS
• Dispatch vendors and subcontractors from O’Gary’s approved vendor network
• Coordinate emergency and non-emergency maintenance requests
• Obtain and compare vendor quotes for non-emergency repairs
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion of work
• Monitor open work orders and maintain accurate status updates
• Review vendor completion notes, photos, and documentation
• Coordinate invoice submission and closeout procedures
• Maintain communication with clients, store management, and internal teams
• Help ensure high levels of response time, accountability, and customer service

Qualifications
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency and professionalism
• Experience with dispatching, maintenance coordination, construction administration, or facilities management preferred
• Experience using CMMS software (Limble preferred) is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to prioritize emergency situations effectively
