30 by 40 modular home available. 2 bed, 2 bath. Large living room that connects to the kitchen/dining room. New roof. We bought this for 30k with the idea to renovate it. We started the project and decided to move back closer to family, and stopped the renovation, so we are needing this gone. Some rooms still need fixed up and walls need added back in so we are selling as is. Will consider reasonable offers.
Pics are from when we moved all of our belongings into it, they will be moved out and house will be emptied before you move it.
