This hay was rained on, but tedded, dried and baled, so it is discolored. While most folks have bought this for their goats/sheep/calves, we do not recommend as livestock feed, but good for other purposes such as bedding for small animals and you can't go wrong at this price.
If you are in west Benton County and would like to try these for your livestock, please feel free to come by and see if they will work for your program. We have another Ad for feed quality square bales priced at $8, please check that Ad for details.
We are offering these bales for decoration purposes, animal bedding, mulch/erosion control for garden beds, cover newly seeded lawns/sod, archery target and a very popular use - lining up underside of deer camp, travel/house trailer as wind barrier/insulation.
Baled dry and stored dry. Native grasses, no pesticides applied, but these come from managed hay field so there are little to no weeds . Bales will weigh around 35 lbs - about 18 inch wide, 14 inch tall and 36 inch long.
Priced at $5 a bale. Cash only. Checks from well qualified buyers only. No other form of payment accepted.
If you are looking to cover your garden plot, this hay will NOT have 2,4-D Amine or similar chemicals which are sprayed on most commercially available square bales.
Delivery available for a fee, but you must meet us at the farm and pay for the bales before any talk of delivery. This generally keeps the scammers and pranksters away. We will help you load/unload from the truck/trailer, but NO stacking. Easy to get to, just off Hwy 102 west of Centerton, AR.
