Height 14.3 and up
With in a couple hrs or so from Colcord ok otherwise the logistics will have to be worked out
Must be in great condition or even over weight is fine too
They don’t have to have papers and although it helps they don’t necessarily have to lead.
They will be used as recipients every other year.
