condition: excellent
make / manufacturer: Zebu
model name / number: Bull & Cow
Excellently built 3 year old Bull and Cow. Both are very gentle and easily handled.

-Onre, (bull), we named him that because when we got him as a young calf and put him into the field by himself he slipped through the fence and was just a little elusive. Had we put him in with others he wouldnt have done that, but the name stuck. He is a very kind Bull hand tame, and likes to be scratched all over especially his brisket. But he still knows his job and is very interested in the ladies. I kept him with Penny this breeding cycle because I did not want to breed her to my larger bulls. His muscle structure is excellent, he is very athletic. He has never been aggressive or flipped his horns at anyone. When playing with the other bulls they will toss horns a bit, but even with the bulls he is not aggressive, just asserting his position in the herd. He is 42 inches tall frame size 00 (2/0). probably about 600 lbs. He will make a lot of very good looking and well behaved calves. I'd Prefer not to have him freezer camped, as a trained butcher I process my own animals, but he is too well built and behaved for me to want to do that. But sometimes that is the purpose for them, theres been many a bull that I wish I could have my bull and the meat too.

-Pretty Penny (cow) is halter trained, stanchion trained, and has been milked. Never kicked in the stanchion. She is not a big producer, but that goes with her size, if you start milking her a week after she drops her next calf you would probably get 1/2 gallon a day. She has been with Onre exclusively for the last 3 months, and before that not exposed to any other bull since her last calving. She is 38 inches tall, frame size 000 (3/0). Probably around 450lbs. She is a very successful mother and calves unassisted and easy, having had a bull calf and a heifer calf already. The way to her heart is kindness and treats. She learns routines very quickly. She will be timid at first, but with a little effort and spending time with her she is the sweetest cow we have. We have not had her tested, but Zebu are A2 milk producers. We named her Pretty Penny because of her color and small size. She has never been aggressive or flipped her horns at anyone.

We could split them up, but I would like them to go together as a breeding pair, they are very fond of eachother, and would do better together at a new home. The only reason I am letting them go is because I am focusing on the larger frame Zebu, 44 inches and up. If not for their size I would never let them go.
