ABOUT OUR FAMILY:
We are a warm, dual-career family with two energetic school-aged boys and an 8-month-old Rottweiler puppy we love dearly. Both parents work full-time executive roles outside the home, and our days start early and move quickly. With busy professional lives and an active household, we’re seeking a proactive, sensible, and long-term part-time household professional to partner with us in creating an organized, well-managed, and peaceful home environment. Our family leads with gratitude, faith, and respect — and we’re looking for someone who shares that spirit in their daily work.
This role is designed to bring calm, order, and reliability to our daily routines — helping clear mental space so we can focus on what matters most: enjoying quality time together as a family.
WHO YOU ARE / WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and intuitive — someone who anticipates needs before they’re asked. You take initiative, love systems, and notice the little things that make a big difference in a busy family’s day.
You’re comfortable working in a household with school-aged kids and love dogs, and you bring warmth, professionalism, and plenty of common sense to everything you do. You stay grounded, practical, and solution-focused — keeping the household running smoothly without overcomplicating things.
Our ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and eager to become part of the household team — not just an employee, but a valued and trusted presence in our home.
