Financial Claims Specialist

compensation: To be discussed.



Responsibilities:

  1. Input claims details into SAP accurately and ensure completion each month.
  2. Review and validate trade spending, promotional allowances, and marketing activities for accurate financial reporting.
  3. Analyze and respond to claim deductions, Co-ops, and post-audit claims in a timely manner.
  4. Collaborate with Operations and Logistics teams to investigate OTIF claims and submit disputes.
  5. Meet monthly closing deadlines and contribute to team success through collaboration and error reduction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, supply chain, logistics, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 0-1 year of experience with a bachelor's degree, or at least 2 years of experience without.
  • Proficiency in advanced MS Excel; familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
