We have to rehome our cat. He is an indoor/outdoor cat right now and would do just fine as either. He is one heck of a mouser- he gets multiple mice, rabbits, and moles every night. He is also great with kids. My girls can pull his tail and he won’t react. He is neutered and up to date on everything.
