Rehoming my dog (Rogers)

Rehoming our sweet dog. She is a mix of four different breeds: Border collie, Blue heeler, Pit, and Husky. She is just over 8 months old. She was born on January first. She’s our other dogs daughter. She is super energetic and loves to play. She gets along with other dogs and kids. She isn’t spayed and is up to date with her shots. She currently going through her first heat.
We are rehoming because we have a new baby and it’s just too much having all our dogs.
She’s mostly potty trained. She only has accidents when left alone for a long while.
She needs someone who can out in the time to fully train her and someone who has the time to play with her. She loves being outside and loves to play. She loves sleeping in the bed with you and getting loved.
There is a rehoming fee to make certain she goes to a good home. I have it as 100$ everywhere else I’m posting her but it I am willing to negotiate.
We have a leash and harness for her as well and all her shot records.
