A couple in their 80's are in distress because they are moving and can't take their rat terrier, Chico, with them. They just brought him to me temporarily because they have exhausted all the avenues they can think of to rehome him. Chico is 7-years-old. He's been an outside dog in the country his whole life. They put him in the garage at night and has never made a mess so he would likely be house trained if someone wanted him to come inside. He's never been around other dogs before until a few minutes ago. When I introduced him to 3 of my dogs, he got overwhelmed and wanted to defend himself aggressively (even though my dogs just wanted to smell him). I'm sure he would adjust to another dog or two if he was introduced one dog at a time. He's just really scared. He's very friendly to people though! This couple said they have cats, and he's good with them. $30 rehoming fee if you can convince me you can give him a good home!
