I’m looking for a third roommate in a Duplex located barely in the city of Centerton, it’s just blocks from Bentonville city limits (near Greenhouse Road and 14th St.).
$700 a mo includes rent, utilities, high speed Internet/Wi-Fi, and all cleaning supplies (not including laundry). Plus access to several streaming sites Hulu, Disney+, HBOMax.
I have a furnished room for rent, includes TV and mini fridge, I can store these things if you have your own. I also have a fully furnished living room and kitchen that are the common areas.
You Must be pet friendly, and LGBTQIA+ friendly (I have two cats).
Pets considered on a case by case basis and will require a non refundable pet deposit of $200
Please provide proof of employment (boss’s number), and 2 references.
I am 420 friendly, and have my medical marijuana card.
