Just out of the city limits. No bus routes available. Should know how to do repairs? If so and need a place to be indoors, then this could be ideal for you. I pretty much stay in one room and keep to myself. The rest of the old double wide could be yours to use. Depending on how much work you put into it you could end up in the other bedroom. The bathroom out there needs water lines reconnected and small area floor needs work so that you have a bathroom to use. Going to need deep cleaning as I am pretty much most always in bedroom due to much worsening disability.
$165 + 1/2 utilities is cheap. The more work you put in the more you get out of it.
