Looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP - starting August 1st
Hey everyone! I'm in a bit of a situation and really need someone awesome to take over my lease at The Reserve at Tontitown. This is honestly a great setup and I hate to leave, but life happens!
Here's what you're getting:
$550/month (that's it - utilities and wifi already included!)
Your own private bedroom and full bathroom
2 bed/2 bath apartment with a chill roommate who keeps to themselves
Full-size washer and dryer right in the unit
Living room is already furnished, so you just need bedroom stuff
Lease runs through April 2026, so you've got stability
The location:
Springdale/Tontitown area - really convenient for getting around Northwest Arkansas.
What I need:
Someone who can start August 1st and take over the lease. The apartment complex will handle the transfer process, pretty straightforward stuff.
I've got tons of pictures I can send you once we connect - just can't post them here because Craigslist keeps flagging my posts (super annoying!).
