Hello, I have a spare room I'm looking to fill. It's just outside of Springdale and has some perks for sure but also some restrictions. essentially, I'm not looking for a party house, hard drugs, drama etc. I am 420 friendly and pretty chill and don't care if you smoke, have a garage if you need help with minor car maintenance and work in food so I usually have too much free food to eat. The room has axtra furniture and Tv's in it now, you can use or ill store them. there is an above ground pool in the back if you want as well. the rent, electric, water, wifi (fastest available in NWA) is all covered for $400. text preferred or a call.
