Just need somewhere to stay before my new lease starts, of course I'll pay, we can discuss pricing.

I'm a 30 year old male, I have a job that starts at 4am, so I'm in bed by 7ish.

I have all my stuff in a storage unit, so I just need space for some clothes and bags.

I'll be out of the house a lot, really I just need a space to sleep.
