Working Professional Looking for Room in Town Monday - Wednesday Night

I'm a 29-year-old working professional (small business consultant) based on a rural homestead about an hour south of town. I love it out there, but I like to work at the coworking space and attend events in town during my 4-day work week. I'm looking for a quiet room to rent 3 nights a week — Monday through Wednesday — so I don't have to spend half the week commuting.
During the day I'd be out working, home in the evenings, and gone Thursday morning until Monday evening. Basically a low-impact, part-time housemate.
I'm clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. Not looking for a party house — just a peaceful spot to sleep and recharge on work nights. Happy to pay nightly or monthly.
Budget: $30 - 40 / night or $400–600 / month depending on the setup.
