This is a Lenovo model SK-8812 (D)(L) USB wireless receiver dongle for use with the Lenovo SK-8812 Enhanced Wireless Keyboard + Mouse manufactured 2005 - 2009. It is an identical copy of the previous IBM SK-8812 Enhanced Wireless Keyboard + Mouse manufactured 2004 - 2005 but it will not work with the IBM despite Windows still recognizing it as IBM branded.ds

I plugged this dongle into my Windows 11 computer and it was recognized. Checking under Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Devices, it was displayed as IBM Enhanced Performance Wireless USB Keyboard and Mouse.

The green LED light on the device slowly blinks after plugging it into the computer USB port. Pressing the yellow button on the device using the end of a paper clip
the green LED light begins to blink rapidly and after approximately 30 seconds it goes to a solid green. I assume this mean the device is working, but I cannot guarantee anything because I do not have the proper keyboard and/or mouse to test it.
