Clean, grind, and prep floors
Load/unload & organize equipment

What we need
⭐ Live in Northwest Arkansas (within ~1 hour drive)
⭐ Reliable & on time
⭐ Can work with little supervision
⭐ Detail-oriented, great attitude/work ethic
⭐ Able to work out of town (1–3 weeks at a time)

Pay
$17–$22/hr to start, depending on experience
