💲 Pay DOE | Long-Term Project Through December
We are currently seeking an experienced Structured Cabling Technician/Foreman-level candidate for a long-term opportunity supporting a major project at a food manufacturing facility in Northwest Arkansas.
This position is a mix of hands-on field leadership and light project coordination/administrative support. We are looking for someone who can lead by example in the field while also helping assist the PM with day-to-day project logistics and coordination.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and assist with structured cabling installations
• Cat5e/Cat6 cable pulling, terminating, testing, and troubleshooting
• Build out and dress IDF/MDF rooms and racks
• Coordinate and schedule technicians on-site
• Assist PM with:
o Ordering materials and lifts
o Scheduling manpower
o General project coordination/admin support
• Maintain professionalism and communication with customers and crews
• Work both in the field and partially in an office/support role
Requirements:
• Strong structured cabling/data experience
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience managing crews and job workflow
• Familiarity with commercial/industrial environments
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background and drug screening if required
• OSHA certification is a plus
• Lift certification is a plus
